Ferrari 488 Pista

Ferrari 488 Pista Coming Soon

Ferrari 488 Pista is going to be shown the next month’s 2018 during the Geneva International Motor Show. Powering the 488 Pista is the familiar 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 now tuned to deliver 710 horsepower. Thanks to the combination of more power and less weight, the 488 Pista will sprint to 62 mph in only 2.8 seconds and top out at 211 mph. In comparison, the 488 GTB needs 3.0 seconds to hit 62 mph and tops out at 205 mph. The new model weighs an impressive 90 kg less than the 488 GTB. This fact, combined with the largest ever increase in engine power for a special series car, sets a new benchmark for Ferrari’s V8 sports cars. In his history of Ferrari, its engine is the most powerful V8, and the engine sounds exclusive and unmistakably. The vehicle dynamics were designed to enhance driving pleasure and make the car’s full potential available to all drivers, professional or otherwise. The objective was to make the car’s performance on the limit easier to reach and control. The design of the Ferrari 488 Pista is based on functional aerodynamic concepts. Its design used innovative components such as the aerodynamic S-Duct at the front.
