First Australian Electric Car

Australians built the first electric sport car called Arcspeed Sports Roadster. Bright and high-speed electric roadster impresses with its design and performance characteristics. Open roadster is equipped with a set of lithium-phosphate batteries with temperature control. The electric motor allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3.8 seconds. On one charge the car can go 150 miles. It is possible to increase the range of run on a single charge, but this will affect any increase in price of the car, weight gain, and accordingly the reduction in speed. Recharge the car is quite easy from the network 220 V. A full charge of battery carried out for 4 hours. The car is equipped with two on-board chargers, with each wing for maximum ease of charge.
