Parker Brothers Creates Real Life Functional Tron Light Cycle

Mark and Shannon Parker, owners of Parker Brothers Choppers studio assembled a fully working copy of the motorcycle from the movie Tron: The Legacy”. A motorcycle is called a Light Cycle. Designers have used lithium-ion battery, 96 volt electric motor and, of course, branded LEDs highlighting the contours of the motorcycle. On a single charge motorcycle can drive about 100 miles (160 kilometers). It is able to reach speeds of up to 120 miles per hour. The 8 feet long, 23 inches wide and 215 kilograms heavy masterpiece looks exactly like the space-age bike featured in Tron, it’s powered by a present day TL1000R motor that powers the chain driven friction drive system.Tron Light Cycle price will be $55,000.

Real life functional Tron Light Cycle is only prototype but Parker Brothers Choppers received three orders for this futuristic motorcycle. They also decided to announce a competition, the winner of which will get a gift motorcycle Tron Light Cycle.
