The South Korean company Samsung Electronics introduced a new microSD memory card. New items are designed for smartphones running in cellular networks, the fourth generation. They are positioned to hold the video in high definition. New cards will be issued in capacities of 32 and 64 GB. They have a write speed of 12 Mbs / sec and read speeds of 24 MB / sec. Samsung Electronics is not informed, when and at what price will sell 32-gigabyte memory card, however, clarified that the 64-gigabyte model to hit the market in 2012.
New memory card Samsung Electronics will be released on 20-nanometer process technology. MicroSD-cards are based on NAND-memory cells (three bits per cell) and have a firm NAND-controller.
