Ejection of Plasma in the Sun Can be the Reason of Magnetic Storm

Astronomers think that the coronal mass ejection on the Sun, which occurred on June 21, may be the reason of magnetic storm on the Earth, of course that occur when the discharge reaches to our planet.Plasma ejection occurred around 04.00 GMT (08.00 GMT) near a sunspot with the number 1236, located just north of the equator. Ejection followed by X-ray flare with class of C7.7.Coronal plasma ejection looks a weak, but it was directed almost directly toward Earth. Because of that, it is likely that a cloud of ionized plasma, can cause disturbances of Earth’s magnetosphere.
