For the first time Scientists from Great Britain could define color of a planet out of Solar system. With help of pictures from Hubble telescope they established that the gas giant in constellation of Chanterelle is painted in bright blue color. Thus they explained that as the reason of such coloring serve not water oceans, as on Earth, and the melted glass. Astronomers could define color of a planet, having tracked how the range depending on the provision of a planet in relation to the star changed. The first of them is- when the planet was closed from supervision by a star, and the second – when it was in a visibility range. The astronomers saw brightness in blue part of a range when the blue planet passed behind the star. Proceeding from it, they can draw a conclusion that a planet of blue color because the signal in other parts of a range remained constant.
The planet HD 189733b is from Earth at distance in 63 light years. The blue planet is so close from the star that atmosphere temperature there makes about +1000 °C because of what the silicon surface of the blue planet is turned into the melted glass. Besides, on a planet winds speed up to 7 thousand km/h blow, they and lift small drops of the melted glass in the atmosphere. Scientists consider that powerful storms and glass rains and give blue color to HD189733b planet. The planet of HD 189733b belongs to the large gas giants. This heavenly object located in constellation Chanterelle, by the size is similar to Jupiter, but there is closer to the star, than Mercury to the Sun. In June, 2012 astronomers found out that the atmosphere of this planet is gradually blown off by a solar wind of a star. At the end of the 2010th and the beginning of 2011 the telescope Hubble recorded as powerful flash on a star deprived of atmosphere HD 189733b. The radiation dose, which at this moment collapsed on exoplanet, in 3 million times was higher than the Earth usually receive.
